hi was wondering where to get cheapest alienware asus etc. LAPTOPS for moderate gaming i.e no FPS heavy stuff like Far Cry Crysis etc. budget at most 700 to 800 and ive eard gaming + laptop= expensive blah blah but if any1 knos cheap sources for alienware or are der better ones? thanks for replies

Gaming laptops are pretty expensive and not too clever either. If you must though, Alienware probably do the best ones and you'd need to be looking at £1000+ to get something "all right" not great.

Alienware are overrated and you'll pay a premium just to have their badge on the machine. They're also owned by Dell...
You can get a same-specced or better-specced machine for less money from the likes of Asus, Toshiba and Sony.
And to my mind the words 'gaming' and 'laptop' are to each other like oil and water, laptops were never designed with gaming in mind. But whatever, I suppose there are lots of games that aren't too demanding that will run on some of them.

. Like Reefsmoka says, you may need to look at other brands to get the best bang for your buck.
Once you've found a few potential laptops, have a Google and see if you can find out more from user reviews - that's a good way to get a feel what a laptop is like. We can always take a look at the specs and recommend options too.
