aliasing

i want to know if there is any way to sort out the anti aliasing in pptXP. As soon as you put any animation on it gets bad and also when you put drop shadows on!
 
This is a known issue. See this link for more info:

In the mean time, larger fonts with less contrast seem to do better. Try
this. Also, If the animation is only needed at the end or beginning of the
slide, I have added an additional slide without animation to reduce the
scruffiness until the animation is called for.

If using Windows XP the problem is compounded is CLEAR TYPE is activated.
Turn off Clear Type and the anti aliasing will be minimized (but not gone,
especially on small text). Go to START MENU >> CONTROL PANEL >> DISPLAY >>
APPEARANCE tab >> EFFECTS button >> change 2nd option to Standard vs. Clear
Type.
