i have recently downloaded this program because it was supposed to enable me
to make a cd image of a proteced cd so that i may make a back up cd

how everit does not work i set it on the safelock setting and it just kept
getting read errors and got nowhere on progress

any help would be appreciated

Is this a Microsoft product? I would try going to the product's vendor for
support.
