AIW7500/ Highest version of MMC

Just curious, what's the highest version of MMC that can be used with an AIW
7500? Is one limited to 7.7.1?

Not at all. You can use up to MMC 9.02 - versions above that are only
recommended for 9xxx+ cards. If you do decide to upgrade your MMC
installation, however, you would also be recommended to upgrade your
Catalyst drivers to a comtempory level.

However, for versions of MMC above 7.7.0.1, you'll need a Catalyst
software disk to validate the DVD Decoder if you want to run that;
they're not hard to get, though. The rest of the MMC suite can be
downloaded for free.
