I want to run a video cable from my camera into a notebook.
I have this setup on my desktop w AIW7500. Is there a
notebook with an AIW card that accepts video in?

No but you can buy cheap USB solutions that you can use for video
capture.

Get a firewire card instead of USB

No notebooks with the ATI All-In-Wonder but there are some with
video-in--take a look at the Sager NP 8790 for example (even though it has
an ATI video chip, it's not an AIW, it uses a Conexant chip for video
capture rather than the Rage Theater chip on an AIW). If you have a
digital camcorder then you can use any laptop with a firewire port, which
is quite common.

My notebook has firewire-in and my camera has firewire-out, that's how I'd
do it.

Minor nit, but firewire is symmetrically bidirectional, there is no such
thing as "firewire-in" and "firewire-out", just "firewire".

Has videoin? does that mean you can use it as a monitor for desktop pc? that
would be so cool.

It would be a pathetic monitor. Try using a TV for a monitor and you'll see
the problem.
