AIW 800XT secondary monitor refresh rates...

I just upgraded to this card and can't seem to get the 2nd monitor (off the
VGA out) to do anything but 60Hz. In Windows's display properties, I can
push it to 85Hz (which is supports), but the setting doesn't take. In
Catalyst control panel, I can't see anything > then 60 Hz to pick. How do I
solve this?

make sure the 2nd monitor is recognized, if its just seen as a default
monitor , then maybe it doesnt have the drivers for higher refresh rates
