Hi,

I keep getting error messages in XP while trying to capture video that point
to atidvcr.dll. Anyone have any idea what I can do to fix it? Using MMC
7.7. Upgraded from 7.5, but that didn't help at all. I'm using the newest
display driver.

Thanks,
MK

I think it's the same as this ...

Just run this command (in the Run box from the Start menu, or in a
Command
Prompt window) and you won't have to change the name or do anything
else:

RegSvr32.exe /u "C:\Program Files\ATI Multimedia\TV\AVBISurf.ax"

That fixed my capture problems I was having with mulitple programs.
