Oh wow :D Were there many there watching it? I'd love to see it :D

My bad, sorry i meant i was watching it live on BBC...Sorry Ian. :o

I watched it land and taxi round the runway, and it dwarfed everything else out there.

Although, I would have loved to see it 'in the flesh' so to speak. :D

A friend who works in the cargo areas near Heathrow said that the plane looked massive, nearly as big or bigger than the heavylift areoflot cargo planes.

The news footage & flight simulator were both good, how long before it makes it on to the MS flight sims?

I was driving past Heathrow just prior to the landing - there were hundreds of people abandoning their cars around the perimeter road and A30 to watch - caused mayhem

Im thinking of watchin it fly out if its a good time!

It won't let me watch :(
BBC News broadband video only for international viewers for a subscription fee.
When did this start?
I watched their broadcasts about the bombings last year :(
(John's eldest was in London at the time.)
& I'm sure I've seen clips of theirs since.

:(

Anything that makes a long haul flight tolerable is fine by me.

11 hour flight to both Missouri & Hong Kong from where i am.

If I can go for a stroll on the way to both places, then that's a good thing.

The French senior pilot remarked that when it comes to airborne logistics, size is irrelevant. I can believe that.

Whatever, it's impressive :)

Imagine how satisfying it would be to watch the airbus land, if you were the man you designed it.

truly magnificant :)
