This morning a new twist burst onto my screen. The window says that "Ahagiq32.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close". I sent a few of the reports on to Microsoft, but have found that the box continues to pop open every five to ten minutes. It's a bit frustrating to have to stop my work to close the box. I've done soft and hard reboots with no luck. Yesterday, it was a different file (Pjpofm32.exe) that did the same thing. Any suggestions. The same message occurs immediately at the start up. I also auot-run the SBC/Prodigy IPS at start-up, too. AV and Firewall is Norton.
