How can I find out if my computer will accept an AGP
graphic card, without the need to open it up first?

Hi Mr Trellis,

Check your computer or motherboard manual (or website
of the manufacturer if you can't find the manual), and see
if it indicated the availability of an AGP slot as most do. :-)

One quick check: What cpu chip are you using? Most Pentium II (or greater)
and most newer AMD based motherboard have an AGP port.

Also, check Device Manager to see which type of video card the PC is using.
It may already be using an AGP slotted video card.
