AGP lock

Can anyone tell me with confidence whether an Asrock K7S41-GX will allow me
to over clock a CPU without affecting PCI, AGP and RAM speeds. I have just
read through the manual and you can manually set the RAM speed, but there is
no mention of an AGP lock or anything like that.

Nope no AGP or PCI lock and very little in the way of RAM timings - no CPU
core voltage adjustment either - this is not an overclockers board.
