Are there any Slot One Motherboards [Intel CPU] that are AGP 2.0
compliant?

AGP 2.0 was approved in May 1998, but most of those Slot Ones using
Intel CPUs were designed with AGP 1.0.

thanks,

That's because most of them (at least the most popular ones) use the bx
chipset which is a bit older.
You can get slot1 boards with Via Apollo Pro 133A chipsets which support
AGP 2.0 (from Asus, that would be the P3V4X).
Other chipsets which support AGP 4x and were used in Slot1 boards are
the i820 chipsets - both with rdram and sdram, though the latter ones
were recalled. From Asus, that would be the P3C series board.
There are also some slot1 boards with i815 chipset, though AFAIK not
from Asus, but for instance the Abit SH6 (attention, the i810/815 have a
rather low 512MB ram limit).
I think that pretty much covers it - out of these 3 chipsets, I believe
the Apollo Pro 133A was the most popular (by large margins) for slot1 -
the i815 was also very popular but seldom used on slot1 boards.
