Hi,
What can be wrong with my AGFA SnapScan scanner that I'm getting the
error message "The scanner is locked. Turn the scanner off, unlock the
scanner, turn the power back on, and try to scan again." ? I get this
error every time I try to scan with FotoLook.
The scanner is actually physically unlocked as can be told from the
lock beneath the scanner.
Also, everything was OK with the scanner until last week, when I had
to format the HD and install the operating system (Windows 98 SE btw),
that's why I'd discard a hardware-related issue.
