I'm haveing problems with my modem while I'm offline and when my
computer is turned off.I connect fine to the internet but the problem
is the modem answers my phone even with the computer turned off.I
thought it might have been my callwave software causeing the problem so
I uninstalled it and I'm still haveing the same problem.I tried to paste
my log here but when I click to submit my post it says its to long.Is
their anything I can to to fix this problem? Also I have all the new
updates for my modem.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check your BIOS settings for a "wake on ring" option and disable it.
