Ag Neovo monitors from Ebuyer

I've just bought a F419 tft from Ebuyer. The screen's is missing the
power cord (managed to get a spare) and also has dead pixels.

So I contacted Ebuyer (via their stupid enotes thing) and they tell me
to contact Neovo. Neovo ask me for the serial number and tell me to
send it back to the seller in the USA !!!!

Turns out that Ebuyer sell non UK products which are not guaranteed in
the UK.

Can anyone who has purchased any Neovo monitor from Ebuyer post their
serial number so I can compile a list to try and get Neovo to sort me
out?

Ebuyer are refusing point blank to answer any of my questions and will
not do anything about my shite tft.

If Ebuyer will not respond to your communications, contact the Trading
Standards office in their area; Ebuyer is the vendor and has the legal
obligation to replace or refund for faulty goods they have supplied
you with. Doesn't matter where or how (as long as it's legal) they
obtained the goods.

Sorry to hear about your troubles.

FWIW, I bought one from Newegg.com for only $230 after rebate. I was
really worried about the quality of the display, but mine ended up being
fine with no dead pixels.
 
Guys,

They claim it should be Ag Neovo since this problem comes under the
dead pixel policy.

Neovo claim that Ebuyer sell grey market goods (i think that means
non-UK goods)

Anyway, I've found www.ag-neovo.co.uk . These guys do Ag Neovo and know
their stuff. I've bought another F419 from them and they have promised
to help with my ebuyer (shisters) problem.

oh - and they are cheaper than ebuyer (wankers) and guarantee that
theirs are UK stock. They even offered to give the serial number so
that I could check directly with Neovo!!!!!!

Fantastic!!!

AND!!! I paid Ebuyer with my Barclaycard so they have now refunded me
and are investigating the case with ebuyer (cock suckers)
