After windows update sp2 can't open control panel or find

After windows update sp2 can't open control panel or find,
or clicking explorer folders.
Internet explorer keeps working ok, it's not virus or spyware.
dtrwtsn32.exe appears silently in processes and I must end that process
to continue.

Any help?

As your problem also encompasses an 'update' from SP1 to SP2, have you
considered a crosspost to public.windowsupdate?
This problem does get posted there.
