I upgraded my boss's Office today from 2000 Small
Business to 2003 Professional. All the email boxes that
he had had in 2000 and his contacts came over; however,
his calendar is completely blank. His calendar info can
be viewed from another computer, because it's stored on
our Exchange 5.5 server. But this is unacceptable, HE
MUST BE ABLE TO VIEW IT ON HIS PC!

I uninstalled 2003 and reinstalled 2000 and now in 2000 I
can't view his calendar either. Any help would be a
godsend!!!

What email accounts does he have set up in Tools | Email Accounts? Have you
tried using a different view on his Calendar folder?

OMG! Have you set the default storage as the Exchange server and set
him/her up to use an .ost file for offline viewing? Have you applied the
Exchange 5.5. patch to allow it to work correctly with Outlook 2003? Are
you really an Exchange Admin?
