after SP4 install, DC rebooting

After installing SP4 on one of my domain controllers the
server reboots every 18-24 hours. I found this in the
Directory Service log.

Warning - NTDS General - EventID 1173
"Internal event: Exception c0000005 has occurred with
parameters 757b5954 and 0 (Internal ID 0)."

A fix should be availible, ref.KB824226
Anyone know how to find it.

Maybe I missed something but I believe that the article
clearly states that you need to contact MS PSS to receive
the file.

That link in the middle of the page - click on it and it
should take you to the numbers that you can call. You
will not be charged for this phone call / support!
