after reconfiguring hard disk i'm not able to send/receive mails

i'm not able to send/receive emails from new outlook 2003 server, before
configuration i had Windows vista with 2007 server and now i have Windows XP
and 2003 server(outlook).

Wondering what could the issue?

There are so many potential reasons there's no way to cover them all. Start
with a new mail profile.
