after printing a portion of the calender the info disapeared!

I needed to print 3 years of calendar (500 pages) and when it was done the
Outlook calendar is BLANK for the 3 years! Nothing! But if I search I can
find the individual events & meetings?
It is blank on my iphone since I sinc'd before I realized. HELP!
How do I restore this valuable info?
 
Sigh - another iPhone issue.

If you change your calandar to a by category view, do your appointments show
up?
