After it installed it stopped working..

After installing the product it ran perfectly for two
weeks and then it stopped loading. No additonal software
or changes have been made to the PC.
It does not load automatically anymore and when I try to
start the progarm I get the following message..
"The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This
can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode or if
Windows Installer is not correctly installed."

I can not remove the software from My add remove software
control panel icon. Give me the same exact message.

Use this Windows Installer cleanup app

Install this application. It should show you a list of
apps installed via the Windows installer. Find the Dell
piece which keeps popping up, and remove it.

That should fix the problem

Joe - what happens if you go to a command prompt and type in:

net start "windows installer

and hit ENTER?
