After installing Outlook 2003 on an XP...

I get an error message when trying to open Word. Stats something about the
Office Assistant files are not there. I did see something out there on it,
but it didnt really say how to troubleshoot it. I guess there is a conflict
with Office 2002 and Outlook 2003. Has anyone had this problem before? What
can I do to correct it?
