I am setting up a W2K with DNS/AD. I read in several
articals, books to name DNS same as your internet but
instead of .com, .org, etc to name it .local. I created
forward and reverse lookup zones. I test and everything
works. After I install AD, I can't access the internet.
I added another zone in DNS for our .org with a host
pointing to our ISP's DNS. All I want to do is keep our
internal network private and access external through our
ISP's DNS. Any help will be very much appreciated.
Thank you
PS I'm very new to AD and DNS.
