‘Virtual PC Express’ not available in Vista Enterprise as noted on

i read on the Microsoft website that 'Virtual PC Express' was freely
available in MS Vista Enterprise Ed. Howvever it appears that its not
available, can someone please advise me?
 
From what I can tell, Virtual PC Express has become obsolete once Virtual PC
was made free. The idea of Virtual PC Express appeared to be a free version
of Virtual PC available to Enterprise and Ultimate Vista versions that
allowed you to run one and only one virtual pc.
Now that Virtual PC is free, the Express version would appear to be
obsolete, and also not available for download.
