Adware.Qoolaid files not detected

Adware.Qoolaid files present in C:\WINNT\System32\
directory, but not detected by Microsoft AntiSpyware even
after a deep scan of this directory is performed after
Symantec Internet Security has reported, but not deleted,
these files. The checkpoint scan will not "see" these
files now, I've deleted them through Symantec Internet
Security.
Bug reporting also fails, encountering an "unknown
error. Please check Internet Proxy."
How do I report the adware files manually?
