adware problem? bogus hyperlinks

Ever since I removed adware and spyware products, my
webpages are picking up links within the pages' text (ie
the word "following" will show a partial hyperlink
on "wing". the link will go to adserve.com and then to
isearch.com.

I thought I removed all this adware software. anyone
experience this problem?

thanks for the reply, i removed them by using unintall
programs when ever possible that were downloaded from
their sites. otherwise, i used add/remove programs from
the control panel.

have you ever heard of links forming on particular words?
Anu idea how to fix.

Yes there are currently several adware\parasites that highlight words.
