Adware delete problems

Norton gave the message to remove "C:\windows\system32
\mscmtsrvs.exe" I have been unable to delete the file.
Used explore to find - then looked in the "window system
file and found it but not allowed to delete. Does anyone
have a suggestion? thanks

Stop this services in Services.msc.

You may be able to uninstall from the add/remove programs list.

Hot deals from Compaq or other similar program.
