Yar - There are a few ways that this can be done. First you could give others permission to the contacts folder in your mailbox. Once that was done they could access it by using File, Open, Other Users Folder, typing the mailbox name and selecting Contacts from the dropdown. If they want to have access to this from their Folder list you could give them reviewer permissions to the entire mailbox. (To give someone reviewer permission, right-click "Mailbox - Mailbox Name" and go to the Permissions tab). This combined with the permission they have on the contacts folder will allow them to open the mailbox in the folder list and see the contacts folder. To add a mailbox to the folder list go to Tools, Emails Accounts, Select View or Change Existing Email Account, Click Next, Click Change, Click More Settings, then select the Advanced tab. It should be self explanatory from there
The other alternative would be to create a contacts list in Public Folder and give anyone who needs to access it permission, however, this would require copying the contacts to the new location
I hope this helps.
