Advice on "tweaking"

There is only one program so far that you can use to"tweak"Vista and that is
TweakVI.
TweakUI and Tweak UI cannot be used.
TweakVI free version is basic but will let you do some things.

I am using Tweal VI ultimate (or is it premium?) the full version anyway.
Honestly, I have seen some improvements in 5744, but not enough to make it
worth the money I spent on it. Some may find it useful, but to me, pretty
useless.
