=====================================

In Windows Movie Maker....
To save only the audio track of a video clip...
drag the video to the "Audio/Music" track.
Then go to...File / Save Movie File / ect...ect......

This will result in a .wma audio file. Be sure
to drag the clip all the way to the left on the
timeline or you will have dead air at the
beginning.

There are 2 options.
1. Take the clip where you only want the audio and put it on the music
track in the timeline then save the project as a WMA file. Now you have an
audio clip that you can use over and over.
2. Put the clip where you want only the video on the timeline. Mute the
audio for that clip on the timeline. Now put the clip where you want only the
audio on the music track of the time line.

That's absolutely brilliant and so easy to do, both ways.I'm so impressed. I
thought it would be real complicated, but that's great. A million thanks!!!

Thanks John. It works!!
