Advice on doing daily builds

Hi
I would like to know what systems / tools people use to make there daily /
automated builds with Visual Studio and Compact Framework?

We currently have no build process in place, and I want to start doing daily
builds.
We currently develop for PPC2003, Mobile 5 Pocket PC and Mobile 5 SmartPhone
editions.

CruiseControl.NET works well if you don't have VSTS.

Both of these work great. I personally like NAnt.
