You shouldn't be advertising ANY products and/or services here!!

This isn't Craig's List. It is a forum for software developers to post
questions about software development using .NET and get answers. This is
NOT a place for advertisers.

It's not a matter of legal vs. illegal (yes, it is legal). It's a matter of
etiquitte. Advertising here is considered a form of SPAM.

I know about etiquette in here
but was wondering what is this hotline messages on here

my child (under 18)
invests on getting a MS certificate and naturally reads the boards here
can I (or any1 else) sew these senders?!
I dont know if they have legal right to do so and if i have legal right to
ruin them?!?! ;)

You can read Microsoft's Rules of Conduct for these newsgroups here

http://www.microsoft.com/library/gallery/components/wn/3/locales/help/help_en-US.htm#RulesofConduct

I'm not sure what you mean by "hotline messages" but it sounds like
spam you've seen here. There are spem filters and a manual process to
get rid of spam posted to these newsgroups, but it's not perfect and
some crap still comes through. If I were you I would rather spend time
educating my kids about Internet use and how to recognize and
ignore/delete spam and other unwanted content, rather than to worry
about suing spammers. But if you want legal advice, talk to a lawyer.

sewing was a joke (to say that i am serious about morals in here)

I am not that much job less to follow a suit like that(and there authorities
to the msnews to do such things , i guess) and of course i ll
teach them, i didnt know that
spams created for targeting newsgroups especially msnews that most of the
material is text and the content is thechnical
but its not a matter of teaching its a matter of rules and
morals in here
and ya are right that its nothing wanted
