Acer make Advents? - I was under the impression they were made by various manufacturers specially for Dixons etc.....


THESE ones are compatible according to their spec page - and one has over double the capacity (4800mAh) :thumb:

Advent used to be made by Phillips..Now DSG International (Curries, Dixson, Pc World) are the manufacturer....Acer never had anything to do with Advent....


 
I thought the Advent 4211c was a rebadged MSI Wind. It certainly has nothing to do with Acer to the best of my knowledge

OK i misread read it as i was in a hurry.
