I am looking for an extremely customizable, advanced web template. I am
looking to have a store, forum, blogging, profiles, etc. Can I get pointed to
some quality templates?

First of all, we need to know the type of server you are hosted on, and the
type of databases, etc., that your web host supports.

Besides what Tom says...
It sounds like what you want isn't a "template" but an application, a
"portal" application.
there are tons of these things out there so find out what server side
scripting you can use with your host then look in places like:
http://hotscripts.com
http://fuzzysoftware.com
etc.

If you make web sites for other people, you should check out ContentSeed:

I am new, and computer illiterate, but I am hosted from Bliksemhosting. I
have a reseller plan, package BR-3.

I went to hotscripts.com and downloaded a portal. How do I transfer that to
frontpage, or work from it? I am new to this so if someone could walk me
through, I downloaded MaxWebPortal, from maxwebportal.com

Read the instructions in the download or contact the downloaded "portal" author
- If there are none, normally you File Import the downloaded files into your FP Web/Site

a lot of people believe that FrontPage isn't good for third party apps like
shopping carts, portals, and the like but I'm not one of them!

as long as your "portal" application is of the same server side scripting
that your host allows it'll be fine.

besides reading the docs as Stefan recommended (you'll probably have to
deploy a database and edit a configuration file or two) the best way to get
started is to unzip your distribution you downloaded and figure out which
folder is the "actual" folder that gets put up on the web.
once you deduce that just open FrontPage and hit file/ open site (or web)
then click the browse button and browse to that particular folder. open it
as if it were a FrontPage web. FrontPage will add some files and stuff to
make it a legitimate FrontPage web.
at this point you would do your edits of the configuration file(s).
when you're done hit file/ publish web (or site) BE CAREFUL HERE:
when you publish it ADD a subweb name to the publish destination.
for instance if you site is http://example.com/ when you publish this portal
application you would type into the publish destination dialog box
http://example.com/whatever-name-you-want FrontPage will create a sub web or
sub site on the server by that name. if you don't do this you'll pour your
files from that portal into the root of your web and make a total mess of
it.

I've never quite understood what the term 'portal' means in the WWW
reference. It seems everyone calls their web site a portal. Can someone
enlighten me with the real meaning of portal in www sense? Is CNN.com a
portal? What about microsoft.com? Is download.com a portal? As you see, I am
thoroughly confused about this term.

Also, I have noticed many web sites that require logins (ugh) tend to call
themselves portals.

Sorry for the off-topic but I am just curious.

Thanks.

Thanks Kathleen. So most personal web pages that have nothing but hundreds
of links to other web sites can be considered as portals? Hmmm... just
wondering!

Anyway, sorry about the diversion.

Not to me!
I would think a "portal" in the way I see them would have some kind of
content and user management functions that run server side, it would be
connected to some kind of DB too (even if that were a flat file).

I dont think you'll be able to use maxwebportal on your server. maxweb is
asp, and you're on a linux/apache server.
