Advanced Tools - System Explorers area empty

Under the Advanced Tools option, the System Explorers
area is empty of any information. I have tried
uninstalling and reinstalling the software, and rebooting
but this has not fixed the problem.

Any help would be greatly appeciated.

Same for me. "General" group has more posts on this issue but no fixes.
