Advanced Tools/Explorers

I'm pleased, so far, as spyware that Norton SystemWorks
hasn't found have been detected. However, there seems to
be a bug. When selecting System Explorers, there is no way
to expand the icons nor are there tabs to click on...thus
the explorers can't run according to the directions.

I've installed the software twice (now version 1.0.501) to
no avail. Has anyone been able to run Explorers...if so,
how did you access them?
 
We are aware of this issue and are looking to resolve it in a future
release. If we need further information, I'll re-post.
