Advanced Tab Under Connection Properties

For some reason when I open up connection properties in WinXP, I cannot see
the "advanced" tab, and thus can't access the ICF controls. I am logged in
as a member of the Administrators group.

Please advise.

What type of connection is it? Some, like an AOL connection, don't
have an Advanced tab.

The Advanced tab won't appear if the connection is part of a network
bridge.
