Advanced Settings in Display Properties

For some reason I am unable to access the advanced
settings under my display properties. I Repaired windows
200 system files and still nothing. I am running an AMD
Athlon XP 2500+ on an ASUS motherboard, Geforce 4 Ti4200
128mb Graphics Card and Windows 2000 service pack 3.
Please help me.
 
You didn't say what happens when you try, but download and install the
latest driver for your graphics adapter from the manufacturer's web site.
