I have tried to "detect and repair" under the help menu, no luck. I have
also uninstalled and reinstalled the entire office application. We have
Outlook 2002. I believe SP2 is installed but I'm not exactly sure. I will
know soon if needed.

Thanks in advanced,

George

I will try this at 10:30 central time. Thanks Cris. I will post afterwards
to inform everyone what happened.

OK, I have installed service pack 1 and 2. I then logged in with my user
name and there were no errors at all in Outlook. Yet, when the original
user logged back in she got the same error again. So I am thinking could
this have something to do with her profile? She is running XP professional
w/ SP1a installed.

Also,

"Close Outlook.
Run REGEDIT and remove the Outlook Keys only.
Now run Detect and Repair."

Where are the Outlook Keys located in XP professional?

Thanks

George

Which keys are you talking about? I originally replied but for some reason
it did not show up. I have uninstalled office all together. Wouldn't that
delete the keys?
