Advance to next slide after sound finished playing

Is there any way to force the sound to finish playing completely before
PowerPoint will advance to the next slide. This includes disabling the
ability to advance to the next slide on a mouse click until the sound has
completely finished playing for the current slide.

Thanks,
Larry.

After you insert your sound, go to "Slide Show > Custom
animation." Click on the down arrow of the animation
sequence that corresponds with your sound. Click
on "Effect options." Here is where you can adjust your
sound setting, in you case set the number of slides
to "1".

This doesn't seem to prevent one from clicking on the slide and advancing to
the next slide before the sound has completely finished playing. Any other
ideas?

Thanks,

Larry.
