How do I stop the browser from inadvertantly going to an
adult content website while moving between pages.

Install and run a HOSTS file: http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm
This will stop most adult sites from loading in your Browser window.
A popup stopper helps. Panicware make a freeware version that works
quite well: http://www.panicware.com/product_psfree.html

You may have unwanted Spyware on your machine as a result of visits,
however inadvertent, to these types of sites.
