Adult site pop ups

I am not sure if I should address this here or under
Outlook. I have Outlook XP. When I receive an email
with a URL link in the email, I click on the link and it
always takes me to a pornographic site, I believe it is
sexycams.com. No matter what the URL, it takes me to
this site. Can someone please help me with this problem?
