After we upgraded from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000, we can do everything
that we need to in Active Directory Users and Computers, but I have noticed
that changes that we make in the Security Tab will only last for about 15 to
20 minutes on many of the objects (but not all). The changes revert to
their previous settings after 15 - 20 minutes and I am guessing that the
replication is wiping them out. For instance, we would like to grant the
"Send As" permission to certain Executive Assistants, so we make that change
and it works, but then reverts to it's previous settings after 15 - 20
minutes.
We have 3 Domains in our Forest. There are 3 Domain Controllers in each
Domain and 2 Global Catalogs in each Domain. We have only 1 Exchange
Organization but 2 Exchange 2000 servers.
Has anybody heard of this?
