Hi...

I have an external ADSL modem+HUB,its have a dynamic IP which is provide
ISP.My network is back of ext.ADSL modem+HUB. I want to access my network
computers which is IP adresses 192.168.0.x.

May be I can do VPN but How can I do it? I have 1XWin2k pro
2X win98se

What I must do?

Thanks...

With Dynamic IP addressing you can not do what you want. Unless you Know the
Current IP that your system is using you won't be able to find it. And as
the IP changes (Dynamic) how do you know what it is at any given time?
There are thrid party services that may help such as tzo.com.

You are using a private IP address range. Somewhere you or your
ISP is doing Network Address Translation (NAT). You can get a static
public address and get that address statically mapped to an internal
private address of the host you want to access using NAT. Or you can
get NAT to send any packet coming into an selected external port nbr
to a specific internal private address.

Sounds like your ISP set this up, talk to them about what is needed.
