ADS USB 2.0 Drive Kit

Bought ADS USB 2.0 drive kit. Tried 3 different hard drives in it:

Western Digital - Caviar 1210
Maxtor N256
Conner CFS420A

All could be found in the Device Manger but all did not show up as a new
drive letter.

I am running XP Pro with a 2.0 g/htz Celeron processor with 256 megs of ram.

I've been the their website but there was really nothing there to help me.
XP does not need any other software for this device according to its manual.

Has anyone run across the same problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Did you partitiona and format them???

No I didn't but the manual did not say to. I was actually hoping to recover
the data from the hard drives.
I should have also mentions that my C drive is a NTFS partition and the hard
drives I'm trying are FAT32.

Maybe I'll try it on my WIN98 machine......
