I make a new contact in the adressbook. All records are put in the right
fields.
When i print an adresslabel, the order of the adressrecords are not correct
printed.
Does somebody has a suggestion?

The address book in Outlook is not intended for data entry. All entries must
be made in the Contacts Folder where the data resides.
List your Outlook version and the precise steps you are using. Then describe
in detail what happens.

Sorry, but i meaned the contactsfolder. The version is officexp.
So again, i make a new contact in the contactsfolder and when i
print a label the order of the entries are not correct.

So you said.
You haven't provided any information. Remember, we can't see what you're
doing.
Perhaps you should start by reading up on how to do a mail merge. For an
overview of these functions take a look here:

Oke, again, i make a new contact in the contactsfolder.
In the adressline i fill in the correct street, number and next the correct
postal code and city. Then i save it all. Next i open the new contact and the
postalcode is put in the adresline for instance, so not in the correct field.
When i print it to labels the same problem. I hope my problem is clear. Thans
again for your help

Are you parsing the individual address elements correctly in the Check
Address dialog?
You must tell also us how you are constructing the merge.
