I currently use a Day-Timer Organizer and use the software which came with
it. This works very well, but they are no longer in the software business,
and can not support the software, therefore I want to use my Outlook Contacts
list and print an address book list for a hard copy. I'm not satified with
the page setup from Outlook.
Any suggestions?

Depending on your version (could you please post that basic detail next
time) In 2003, Current view window, drop it down and there's the Define
Views button.

If you don't have a window in the toolbar showing current view, turn on
your advanced toolbar.

Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field
Chooser and Group by Box!!

That got me where I wanted to go Thanks
