You confused me more.
They are just as I stated it.
Adobe Acrobat 5.0
Adobe Reader 6.0
I had lost everything on my computer (long story) and
noticed I no longer had adobe on my computer screen when
I log on. So... I found the web site and downloaded it.
No problem? Not.
I was installing some software and they had Adobe Acrobat
installation with the program. Everything was optional
and I was confused at some point and just downloaded the
whole thing. Adobe and all. Which one? At this point I'm
not sure. I just figured if I already had it, it wouldn't
add it on again. Not knowing of course that there was a
Adobe 6.0 out there. Or was it 5.0? Who know's I'm
so...confused.
I know I don't need both these programs. Do I? I did fine
without the one before. (which one? I don't know) Or did
I?
Alright, let me put it this way. One program uses 35. mg
and the other 20.mg I don't remember in the past having
so many mg's for Adobe. I'm trying to make some room.
Thanks again,
lorie

Hi
You do not need any of these programs on your computer if
you are not going to use them i have Adobe Acrobat 4.0
(reader )that takes up 7.04MB hard disk space i have
found that if you go to a site that is useing Adobe they
sometimes have the option to download it so if you are
short of space remove it

Lorie,
If you have both Acrobat 5.0 and Adobe 6.0 installed, got eh Add/Remove in
Control Panel and uninstall the older Acrobat 5 version.
They both do the same thing, the later version now go by Adobe rather than
Acrobat.

Lorie, by what you tell me about the amount of disk space they take up you
obviously have Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 and Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 on your
system. As was suggested to you in your earlier post remove version 6.0 then
version 5.0 then reinstall 6.0
Adobe Acrobat is another story so there is no need for you to worry any
further.
