Install bombs stating that PDFWriter requires LPT1 whether
one exists or not. Is there a way to get PDFWriter
installed on a TS?

Thanks,
Chris

Hi Chris,

I suggest you try adding a virtual LPT1 port from the Control Panel/Add
Remove programs.

If that doesn't work, please describe the error message you saw word by
word.

I look forward to hearing from you.??

Hi Chris,

First I think we need to narrow down this issue by printing to PDFWriter
from other applications. If the results are same, using a PCI parallel
expansion card is a good idea. If this issue only happens in Great Plains,
then this should be a Great Plains related issue.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hey Ivan!

Forgot to mention that I tried printing Test Page from
PDFWriter's Properties window and same error occurred.
Awaiting expansion card to arrive to give that a shot.
Hopefully, we can configure the IRQ that won't conflict
with all the SCSI cards/channels; looks like 5,7,9,11 are
being used for SCSI.

Thanks,
Chris

Hi Chris,

I'd like to follow up to see if you installed the PCI parallel expansion
card. Does it fix the problem?

I look forward to hearing from you.
