Adobe add-on is shutting me down

I have one Adobe add on that continues to shut Internet EXPLORER down. I hav
disabled it but that does no good. Please help me out here. I know very
little about any of this.

The Adobe add-on is what? Can you post the site where you downloaded it from,
please.
The error "may" have nothing to do with the Adobe program.
